Who can use Kidzio
You must be at least 18 and the parent or legal guardian of any child you add, with the authority to consent to monitoring on their devices. You are responsible for using Kidzio lawfully and for any devices you connect.
Your account
Keep your credentials secure and your contact details accurate. You’re responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
Acceptable use
- Use Kidzio only to care for children in your own family.
- Don’t use it to monitor anyone without the legal right to do so.
- Don’t attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer, or abuse the service.
Child devices & consent
Pairing a child device requires your consent as the guardian. The child app is visible by design and notifies the child when their location is viewed.
Plans & billing
Paid plans, trials, and refunds will be governed by the terms shown at checkout when billing becomes available. Safety essentials remain available on the free plan.
Not a substitute for supervision
Kidzio is a tool to help you stay informed. It is not an emergency service and not a guarantee of safety. Location, alerts, and filtering depend on devices, networks, and platform limits and may be delayed or unavailable. In an emergency, contact local emergency services.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kidzio is provided “as is,” and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
Termination
You may stop using Kidzio and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms; we’ll post changes here and update the date above.
