We process data to perform our contract with you (providing the service), on the basis of your consent for optional features, and for our legitimate interest in keeping the platform secure and reliable.
Data controller & transfers
Kidzio is the data controller for the data you provide. Where data is processed outside your region, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
Retention
We keep data only as long as needed for the service or as required by law. Location history follows your plan’s retention window and is then purged.
Making a request
